Fuzzywumpets' Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your products from Fuzzywumpets and will try our best to fix any problems that might arise.

Collars and Leashes
Fuzzywumpets guarantees our products against any flaws in materials or workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping charges if return is not due to Fuzzywumpets' error. Fuzzywumpets' products are not guaranteed against scratching or chewing. If your Fuzzywumpets' product is damaged by your dog (chewed or otherwise damaged) we can try and fix the problem for a modest fee or you can purchase a replacement part on our site. Shipping expenses are non-refundable on returns. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Other Items
Dog Apparel may be exchanged for an identical item of a different size. Items must be returned with original receipt packaging and no sign of wear. It is your responsibility to judge the suitability of any product for your dog. We will not issue refunds or replacements for toys damaged by dogs.

Not Returnable Items
Dog Treats, Dog Toys, and Pet Hygiene products are non returnable. Custom made or personalized embroidered collars are not returnable unless the return is the result of our error.

How to Process a Return
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once you receive the email confirming that your return has been approved, please mail it to:

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund, once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



Shipping costs to the continental US are as stated at checkout.  International shipping costs are estimated, but may change due to packaging, etc.  If we require additional shipping funds for international shipments, we will contact you after the order is placed.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
