To be effective, the Private Trainer should be 1½ - 2" smaller than the circumference of your dog's neck, right below the ears (e.g. an 18" neck would require a 16" Private Trainer). See sizing instructions tab to be ensure you are ordering the correct size!

Our Private Trainers are designed with elastic bands to hold links from a prong or pinch collar. The ribbon-covered webbing conceals the training collar and the martingale style adjustable loop allows for a precise fit. Choose size that most closely corresponds to the measurement at the top of the dog's neck, behind the ears. When properly fitted, there should be a gap of 1-2" between the two metal hardware pieces at the back of the neck. Not to be left on dog unattended. Collars and Leashes
Fuzzywumpets guarantees our products against any flaws in materials or workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping charges if return is not due to Fuzzywumpets' error. Fuzzywumpets' products are not guaranteed against scratching or chewing. If your Fuzzywumpets' product is damaged by your dog (chewed or otherwise damaged) we can try and fix the problem for a modest fee or you can purchase a replacement part on our site. Shipping expenses are non-refundable on returns. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Luxe European Crystal Collars
All Luxe European Crystal Collars are guaranteed against crystal loss. Should you experience loss of any crystals, contact us so that you can return the item to us and we will re-crystal the collar, free of charge. We ask that you pay return shipping on re-crystalled items or arrange to pick up the collar at one of our show booths.
Other Items
Dog Apparel may be exchanged for an identical item of a different size. Items must be returned with original receipt packaging and no sign of wear. It is your responsibility to judge the suitability of any product for your dog. We will not issue refunds or replacements for toys damaged by dogs.
Not Returnable Items
Dog Treats, Dog Toys, and Pet Hygiene products are non returnable. Custom made or personalized embroidered collars are not returnable unless the return is the result of our error.
